Forest View Cottage Location
On the A48 between Gloucester and Chepstow, go through the village of Blakeney and turn right at New Road (signposted Parkend and opposite a cream building with a B&B sign). Turn right into Clarks Lane under the old bridge, go up the hill and turn hairpin left onto Blakeney Hill Road. Continue up the hill, passing the telephone box on the left hand side and keep going for approximately 250 yards then take the right fork. Forest View is on the right hand side just after the bend.
Stagecoach bus number 73 runs through the village of Blakeney.
The cottage is 5 miles from Lydney Railway Station and 17 miles from Gloucester Railway Station.
