The Cottage
Situated on Blakeney Hill in The Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, Forest View Cottage is just a short walk from the forest with extensive views across the River Severn.
Forest View is a Victorian three bedroomed cottage which sleeps five people on a hillside location with stunning views of the Forest of Dean and River Severn. It is on a quiet single track 'no through road' with pathways leading into the forest.
The cottage has the following:
Beamed Lounge - Open fireplace, Sky TV, DVD, Hi-Fi system width an Ipod docking station, two sofas
Dining Room - Dining table to seat six people, sofa
Bedroom 1 - Triple aspect room with king-size bed and fitted wardrobes
Bedroom 2 - Two single divan beds and fitted wardrobes
Bedroom 3 - 1 single bed and fitted wardrobe
Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave
Bathroom - Bath, over bath shower, washbasin and WC.
Outbuilding for bike storage. Sun umbrella, charcoal barbeque and washing line are stored here. A tumble dryer is installed in the outbuilding. There is a hard standing parking space with another space opposite the cottage.
There is a garden with a rockery and fruit trees, picnic bench and charcoal barbecue. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided. One medium sized dog allowed but not allowed in the bedrooms. The cottage is fully central heated.
