This agreement is between the client and the owner and will be entered into when the booking has been confirmed.
Once your booking has been confirmed by us a contract is made and you are responsible for the full cost of the hire.
A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking and the balance to be paid 28 days before the holiday start date. In the event of a cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the cottage but reserve the right to charge the full price if unsuccessful.
Provisional reservations can be accepted and must be confirmed within 7 days by the arrival of the required deposit. Provisional reservations will be cancelled after 7 days without reference if a deposit is not received.
If for any reason beyond our control we have to cancel the holiday arrangement we will refund all monies received and any further liabilities for either party will cease.
The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the number of persons stated in the property description.
The holiday period starts from 3:00 pm on the booked day of arrival and we ask for the accommodation to be vacated by 10:00 am on the morning of departure.
You are responsible for the accommodation and its equipment whilst in occupation and it is expected that it will be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
Any damage to the premises, furniture, fixtures or effects must be reported and the client will be responsible for the cost of replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal effects, motor cars etc.
The garden is unsuitable for very young children and older children should be supervised at all times.
The only pets allowed are those agreed in advance. We welcome pets but owners are asked to observe the following rules:
There is a no-smoking policy inside the cottage.
The supply of electricity and heating is included in the tariff.
All linen and towels are provided.
